The sawmill benefits from its proximity to buyers of sawn timber and by-products (wood chips and sawdust) in the middle of Germany's largest forestry and timber industry region.

The plant's state-of-the-art production facilities include a Linck line with an annual capacity of 800.000 m³ of sawn timber, Springer sorting, a USNR Planer Mill, Mahild drying kilns and its own heating plant with an output of 20 megawatts.

The sawmill is located in the heart of a wood cluster with producers of glued laminated timber, MDF, OSB boards, wooden pallets and pellets.

The production capacities include two sawing lines from Linck, Springer grading lines, Mühlböck drying chamber and two Ledinek planer maschines.

The company's own combined heat and power plant supplies the drying plants with heat and supplies electricity to the grid.
